WHAT TO WEAR
Clothes and preparationFor ideas on where to find costume have a look on the links page of this site. The internet is really useful. I also love scouting round second hand shops. You can find all sorts of treasures in vintage stores as well. Some of the high street shops stock great underwear and corsets these days too. Treat yourself - go on a shopping spree today!!!!
Hen Parties:

Please wear whatever you like. Dress up or dress down. The only rules are no tight skirts or tight jeans and high heels are a must!!! Shorts or sweatpants are ideal.
Pole Dancing:

If you are coming to private lessons with Rebecca and to be proficient on the pole you need to show a bit of flesh!! This is to allow the friction of the skin to help you ‘stick on’.
Suggestions:
- Hot pants
- Short skirt
- Sleeveless top.
- High heels shoes or boots.
Burlesque/Striptease:

To begin with all you really need is a dress that is comfortable and some high heels. As you progress we will talk about the themes you intend to use and decide on a perfect costume. If you really want to go for it straight away:-
Suggestions:
- a corset
- frilly knickers
- gorgeous bra
- a garter
- fishnet tights
- nipple tassels
- a boa
- high heels
Erotic Movement/Private Dancing/Lapdancing:

Of course, you can wear what ever you feel comfortable in. But, after a couple of lessons, as we build up your confidence it would be great if you could unleash that inner Siren! It's not the law, but to really unleash the erotic dancer in you, you need to learn to ‘unveil’. This, of course, means ‘stripping’. Prepare by making yourself feel gorgeous. Spend time before you arrive on your ‘grooming’.
Suggestions:
- Lots of make-up
- High heeled shoes/boots
- Body Glitter
- G.string and Bra / Bikini.
- Short/long lycra dress
- Sparkly jewellery
The above suggestions are not rigid. For your first lesson or hen party just bring along whatever you feel comfortable with. You can chat to Rebecca or her assistants about 'what to wear' when making a booking or as we progress with your lessons.
