Learn tricks, spins and a full pole dance routine. We have 9 poles and we rarely have more than two people per pole so plenty of pole time is guaranteed.

Tues 7th Feb – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
(We skip the 14th as it’s Valentine’s Day)
Tues 21st Feb – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Tues 28th Feb – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Tues 6th March – 7.30pm – 8.30pm

£45 pp
Special offer – bring a pal and pay £40pp.
Payment must be made at least one week before the course begins.

****Please wear shorts, heels and a sleeveless top. Also, please refrain from wearing body lotions on the day of your classes.

Well the new year has brought lots of snow but I bet it’s made everyone feel a bit lazy. I know I didn’t go out much. I stopped running regularly, for fear of slipping over. I fell twice, just walking around.
