Amusing how times vary. What looked odd and unconventional years ago is now a modern fad, and vice-versa. If anyone would have mentioned pole dancing years ago, ones sole view would be in the sewer. Nonetheless, it has come full circle and is now one of the most practiced forms of womens physical fitness. As someone who has enjoyed it before it was "cool", I am so happy to see so many women beginning to understand that it can be a superb fitness tool , including too many well-known women celebrities to name. The primary thing to remember about women's fitness, especially as we get older, is not so much what we are doing, but that we are doing something consistently. The internet is filled with useful sites(like this one) with tons of ideas for women, to build a health routine that is effective and sustainable.
