Did you hula hoop as a child? We did when we were at school – many moons ago… Over the last few years, hula hooping has come back and it’s all the rage.

Give your hens a hen party to remember forever. A hen party designed to make you work out those abs and learn some fabulous new tricks!

Your hens will discover how to twirl a hula hoop round the waist and how to raise it up over the head as well as lots more ingenious ways to twirl.

What’s Included
Your hen party will last 2hrs. This includes a 90 minute hula hoop session with two short breaks and a gift for the hen. There is a licensed bar and changing facilities. Nibbles available if required.

Please wear comfy clothes and shoes. Suitable for all your friends – unless they are pregnant.
