Beginners

Come along and try out beginners pole. It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, small or large – you can still have fun on the pole. Our teachers have experience in the fitness industry and the professional dance industry. We will always teach you a dance routine as well as tricks. This will give you both a strengthening and a cardio pole workout.

Intermediate

Once you have mastered the routine and all the tricks in beginners we will start to train you in more daredevil tricks and more complicated routines. These are designed to build pole stamina to prepare you for advanced classes. To join an intermediate class you should be able to climb up the pole, do a basic invert and sit comfortably on the pole.

Advanced

The standard is high and you will always be challenged by your coach and other students. The sky is the limit! This is a two hour group class. Not for the faint hearted…

Gym Courses – beginners pole fitness

We hold beginners pole classes in a gym called Fit For All on Portland Road in Hove every Monday from 8pm – 9pm. You will learn a full pole dance routine and lots of pole tricks. We have 9 poles so you’ll have plenty of time on the pole. We never have more than 2 people per pole.
